Rashedul Islam || National Citizens Party (NCP) senior joint chief coordinator and political council member Abdul Hannan Masud recently got engaged. His bride is Bagchhas leader Shyamoli Sultana Jedni.Their engagement was completed on Thursday (September 18) at Jedni's residence in Kamrangirchar in the capital in the presence of two family members and close friends.According to family sources, the bride Shyamoli Sultana Jedni is a resident of Lakshmipur district. She is currently working as the central executive member (organizer) of Bangladesh Democratic Students' Union (Bagchhas). In addition, she is also serving as the co-editor of the organization's media cell.On the other hand, Hannan Masud, a son of Hatia in Dwip Upazila of Noakhali, left for Saudi Arabia on Friday. He will stay there for more than a week. During this time, he will participate in party programs including performing the holy Umrah.Hannan Masood told the media in this regard, "I am asking for prayers from everyone. I am in Saudi Arabia for the purpose of visiting the Kaaba Sharif, the house of Allah, and the Rawza Mubarak of the beloved Prophet (PBUH). I will also inquire about the expatriate remittance fighters and exchange views with colleagues to organize the NCP Diaspora Wing Middle East Branch."
