Immediately after this, the local BNP organized a public meeting as part of its national election campaign in favor of paddy sheaves.On Monday afternoon, Karimul Hai Naeem, former industrial affairs secretary of the central Jubo Dal, led the leaflet distribution program in various places in Hatia upazila. Later, a lively public meeting was held in Afazia Bazar, where a large number of leaders and activists of BNP and its associate organizations participated.The entire area became abuzz with processions and gatherings from different parts of Hatia centered on the public meeting. Since noon, leaders and activists began gathering at Nalchira Ghat in convoys and separate processions. A festive atmosphere was created throughout the ghat area with slogans, applause and party songs.Earlier, when Karimul Hai Naeem reached Nalchira Ghat by speedboat to participate in the pre-scheduled program, local leaders and activists welcomed him with flower greetings and slogans. The ghat area turned into a sea of ​​people at one point due to his arrival.While speaking at the public meeting, Karimul Hai Naeem, former industrial affairs secretary of the Central Jubo Dal, said, "There are many candidates, but the people will choose the candidate who has worked for the party, is doing so and is always by the side of the people. We have worked for the BNP all our lives, have always kept the flag of the sheaf of rice high, disregarding the fear of torture and oppression. We will continue to work for the victory of the sheaf of rice in the future as well."He further said, we are currently running a membership renewal program across the country. Through this renewal program, a new political revolution will happen in the country. If everyone is united, the sheaf of rice will once again become a symbol of people's trust.At the end of the public meeting, the leaders and activists took an oath of unity and strong conviction in favor of the sheaf of rice. Leaders of the BNP, Jubo Dal, Chhatra Dal, Swechchhasebak Dal and other organizations at the upazila and union levels were present throughout the program.
