BNP Chairperson and former Prime Minister Khaleda Zia is under intensive care at the capital's Evercare Hospital. Party Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir has wished her speedy recovery.On Tuesday (November 25), she shared a photocard with an emotional message on her verified Facebook. It read, 'Get well soon, national leader, Bangladesh is waiting for you'.Meanwhile, Khaleda Zia's personal physician and BNP Standing Committee member Professor Dr. AZM Zahid Hossain was quoted as saying by Shairul Kabir Khan, a member of the media cell.Shairul Kabir Khan said that the medical board is seriously monitoring Khaleda Zia's current physical condition and is providing necessary treatment.Dr. Zahid Hossain said that the Chairperson has sought prayers from the countrymen so that Allah Almighty may grant her a speedy recovery.Khaleda Zia was admitted to the hospital on Sunday (November 23) night. Since then, her treatment has been under the close supervision of the Medical Board.On January 7, Khaleda Zia went to London, UK, for advanced treatment. After returning to the country on May 6 after a 117-day stay there, she was going to Evercare Hospital as part of a regular health check-up.
