Another earthquake in 24 hours, magnitude 3.3

Less than 24 hours after the earthquake in Madhavadi, Narsingdi, the Earthquake Observation and Research Center of the Meteorological Department has recorded another tremor in Bypile, Savar.

This tremor was recorded at 10:36 am on Saturday (November 22). Its magnitude was 3.3 on the Richter scale.

This information has been confirmed by the Meteorological Office. It says that this is a minor earthquake. Its epicenter is in Palash, Narsingdi.

Earlier, a 5.7 magnitude earthquake was felt 14 kilometers east of Dhaka yesterday morning. 10 people, including two children, lost their lives in it.
